早在1994年,西门子/EUPEC开创了EconoPACKTM。EconoPACKTM把六单元IGBT及续流二极管芯片均匀排列在一个模块内,内置NTC温度传感器。可全自动化生产,内部封装电感低,电气引脚直接焊在PCB版上。例如型号:FS150R12KT3是150A、1200V、六单元IGBT模块。同时EUPEC可提供与EconoPACK相配套的Econobrige。Econo整流桥可达到六单元、134A、1600V(DDB6U134N16RR)带制动单元,NTC温度传感器。EconoPACK与Econobrige可布线在同一块PCB版上。EUPECEconoPACK有两种尺寸,EconoPACK2(45mmⅹ107.5mm);EconoPACK3(62mmⅹ122mm)。文章来源:http://www.igbt8.com/

说明:
①“FS”表示六单元;“KT3”表示高频IGBT3系列。适用于8K-15KHz的开关频率。②最好把六单元IGBT与三相整流桥布在同一块PCB版上,同时吸收电路、驱动电路均可布在同一块PCB版上,这样可减少主电路的布线电感。
③安装时请注意抗振动设计,不要给模块电气连接引脚应力;安装时先把模块固定在散热器上,用自攻螺钉把PCB版锁在模块上;大于5cm处还需把PCB版固定在散热器上,如安装图所示:
